Founded in 1924, Toastmasters International is a worldwide organization with more than 9,300 clubs, and over 199,000 members, in over 70 countries. Each club is focused on helping you become the speaker and leader you want to be!

Welcome to the site of the SAP Toastmasters Club, a local chapter of Toastmasters International. We are an open club, meaning that members come from both inside and outside the SAP company. Our members include both native and non-native English speakers, ranging in experience level from beginning to advanced. Our supportive club members, and the non-competitive, up-beat meetings, will help you take your communication and leadership skills to the next level!

Communication is the Key!

Think about your day. You interact with managers, colleagues, customers. And don't forget about your friends, family, and significant others. In any of these interactions, you may have been nervous, not found the right words, been unsure of how to communciate your thoughts.

Participating in SAP Toastmasters will help you develop the skills to:

Present ideas in meetings with confidence
Deliver compelling sales presentations
Confidently "speak a few words" at any occasion, including social gatherings
Prepare effective technical briefings
Speak "on the fly" as new topics come up in meetings and discussions
Lead well-run meetings and discussions
Improve listening skills in professional and personal settings
Take on leadership roles in your profession or in outside organizations - including Toastmasters
